Educational use only
Stockaily provides AI-assisted educational stock analysis. Nothing on the platform is investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a guarantee of future performance. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Stockaily may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Subscription & billing
Pro and Premium are billed monthly or yearly via CopeCart. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; access continues until the end of the current period.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or feature gates. Don't use Stockaily to publish automated investment recommendations to third parties without our written consent.
Liability
Stockaily is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of Stockaily after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
