Stockaily (operated by the Stockaily team) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights.
What we collect
Account data: your email, name, hashed password, and (if you sign in via Google) your Google account identifier.
Usage data: which tickers you analyze, your watchlist, and aggregate counters used to power your usage quota and the homepage social-proof bar.
Billing data: when you subscribe to Pro or Premium, our payment processor (CopeCart) handles the payment. We only store the resulting plan & subscription status.
How we use the data
We use your data only to operate Stockaily — authenticating you, running your analyses, enforcing quotas and sending essential transactional emails. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Cookies & local storage
We store a session token and a few non-tracking preferences (e.g. language, watchlist state) in your browser. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights
You may at any time access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing privacy@stockaily.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.
